About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop high-performing cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, site reliability, or systems engineering teams
• Advance reliable and secure cloud services
• Partner with the business to improve performance, resilience, governance, and cost efficiency
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, SLOs, and operational performance measures
• Lead incident response, problem management, root-cause analysis, disaster recovery testing, and operational improvement
• Manage cloud costs, budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, contracts, and optimization initiatives

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or related discipline, including 2+ years of people leadership
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or another enterprise cloud platform
• Strong knowledge of enterprise cloud services, architecture patterns, networking, identity and access, compute, storage, databases, backup, and recovery
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation tools, CI/CD, and configuration-management practices
• Working knowledge of cloud security, compliance, governance, risk management, and least-privilege access practices
