What you’ll do

• Support Medicaid Third Party Liability business operations
• Manage system and process changes
• Conduct requirements gathering and verification
• Support testing and implementation
• Drive operational improvement
• Collaborate with non-technical business users and technical IT resources

What you’ll need

• 6+ years supporting large Medicaid system implementation projects or business operations
• 6+ years experience with TPL, Coordination of Benefits, Medicare Crossover, Medicare Advantage, and claims workflows
• 6+ years experience eliciting and verifying business and technical requirements
• 3+ years experience with system development methodology and project management principles
• Candidate must be local to client in Little Rock, Arkansas
• Undergraduate degree or 4 years relevant experience
