What you’ll do
Translate productivity platform and AI capabilities into practical guidance
Develop training programs, documentation, and repeatable use cases
Partner with stakeholders to drive technology adoption
Create accessible documentation, videos, and training materials for non-technical audiences
Present, facilitate, and write for colleagues at all levels
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years in application training, digital adoption, technical education, or related function
Experience in client or user-facing technology roles
Proficiency across Microsoft 365, with working familiarity of Zoom and Box
Demonstrable AI skills, prompt libraries, or AI certifications
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
