What you’ll need
Excellent programming and software design skills including debugging, performance analysis, and test design
10+ years of software development experience or equivalent with Master's/PhD
2+ years of technical leadership experience with setting technical direction
Experience architecting, designing, and developing distributed systems
Proficiency in or aptitude for leveraging AI tools with critical judgment
Strong collaboration, mentorship, and communication skills
