10+ years leading complex product portfolios, transformation programs, or cross-functional delivery teams
Proven success defining enterprise-scale platform products and digital client experiences
Executive stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrixed organization
Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environment preferred
