About the role

3+ years hands-on Iterable experience with journeys, segmentation, triggers, data feeds, and QA
Lifecycle email experience across several user segments
Experience setting up conversion/event tracking and reporting on email impact
Email marketing operations experience including campaign intake, workflows, QA, and approvals
Clear, practical recommendations delivered collaboratively with an in-house team; comfortable working remotely and independently
EdTech/K-12/freemium experience, Iterable SMS setup, Salesforce integrations, and deliverability knowledge
