About the role
Qualtrics is hiring a Services Operations Analyst to drive strategic go-to-market programs and enablement initiatives, improving customer experience, renewals, growth, and field-team performance through scalable processes, data analysis, and cross-functional influence.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute plans, processes, and enablement content
Drive consensus and alignment with stakeholders in ambiguous situations
Lead large-impact projects and design scalable, repeatable processes
Build credibility and influence teams outside your organization
Analyze data to identify key themes and formulate strategies
Communicate and present recommendations to senior management
What you’ll need
5-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, Finance, or Management consulting
At least 3 years in software industry and cloud platform businesses
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Strong data analytics and translation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects end-to-end
Strong written and visual presentation skills
