About the role
Zareen's is hiring an Operations Manager to improve business operations and internal processes through project management, AI automation, and business systems. The role supports ownership and restaurant teams across reporting, catering relationships, employee administration, marketing, vendor coordination, and executive support.
What you’ll do
Improve business operations and internal processes
Manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Support reporting and employee administration

Build and maintain AI automations and business systems
What you’ll need
At least 3 years in operations, project management, business systems, or comparable role
Experience independently managing projects and coordinating with stakeholders

Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to learn new software
