About the role
KRAFTON seeks a Senior Commerce Product Manager to drive its Commerce Platform, including Payment and Wallet products. This role will own product strategy, lead launches, and enhance secure purchasing experiences for players and game studios worldwide.
What you’ll do
Define product strategy and roadmaps for Commerce Platform
Lead products through launch and ongoing operations
Improve secure purchasing experiences for players and game studios
Collaborate with engineering, design, business, operations, finance, legal, and security teams
Coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries and build alignment
Define and track metrics for product performance and user experience
What you’ll need
8+ years of Product Management experience in gaming, digital content, commerce, fintech, or payments
Experience with commerce, payments, wallets, billing, marketplaces, subscriptions, or transaction-based products
Experience leading full product lifecycle from problem definition through launch and operations
Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries and building alignment
Professional proficiency in both Korean and English
Legally authorized to work in the United States
