About the role
LOTTE Biologics seeks a Director of IT to lead technology strategy, governance, and operations at its Syracuse Bio-Campus, covering cybersecurity, infrastructure, regulated systems, and data analytics. This role manages IT leadership teams and drives operational excellence, compliance, and digital transformation in a regulated biologics CDMO environment.
What you’ll do
Lead technology vision, strategy, governance, and operations for the Syracuse Bio-Campus
Oversee cybersecurity, infrastructure, regulated business and laboratory systems, and data/analytics
Develop and execute enterprise or site-level technology strategies aligned with business objectives
Support regulated operations with computer system validation, data integrity, compliance, and inspection readiness
Manage technology portfolios, operating budgets, and strategic vendor relationships
Lead organizational transformation, technology modernization, and digital enablement initiatives
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 12 years of progressive IT experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, or regulated environments
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing managers, technical leaders, or multidisciplinary technology teams
Broad knowledge of IT disciplines including cybersecurity, infrastructure, service delivery, business applications, data, and cloud platforms
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements including computer system validation, data integrity, and 21 CFR Part 11
Strong vendor management, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnership skills
