About the role
WWT is hiring a Consulting Solutions Architect to lead technical discovery, architecture, and commercial scoping for complex service provider engagements. The role coordinates multi-disciplinary teams through contracting, kickoff, and early delivery, with a focus on large-scale network, data center, and AI infrastructure environments.
What you’ll do
Lead customer discovery and solution architecture
Develop service scopes and commercial models
Coordinate teams through contracting, kickoff, and early delivery
Write statements of work, estimates, pricing inputs, and RFP responses
Lead multi-discipline teams without formal authority
Present to customer executives
What you’ll need
3+ years in customer-facing architecture, consulting, pre-sales engineering, or technical business development
Experience in service provider, cable/MSO, telco, NeoCloud, AI infrastructure, hyperscale/colocation data center, or similar large-scale environments
Working depth in networking, data center infrastructure, AI/HPC, compute/storage/cloud, security/observability, or service provider facilities
Track record writing SOWs, estimates, pricing inputs, and RFP responses
Comfort with labor models, cost versus sell, gross profit, and fixed fee vs time and materials
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years preferred
