About the role

What you’ll do

• Own a problem area end-to-end from identifying and validating opportunities through launching solutions and measuring outcomes
• Partner closely with restaurant stakeholders and internal teams
• Spend time with customers in restaurants to gain first-hand understanding of the problem space
• Drive measurable adoption or behavior change, not just shipping features
• Lead and launch large projects across multiple months or quarters with a high level of autonomy
• Establish prioritization across competing priorities, optimizing for business outcomes

What you’ll need

• 3-6 years in product management or a related business or technical role
• Track record of owning an outcome metric and describing what was moved, by how much, and how it was known
• Experience driving measurable adoption or behavior change
• Experience leading and launching large projects across multiple months or quarters with autonomy
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and using data to find problems and evaluate results
• Familiarity with modern LLMs, zero-to-one products, hardware, mobile apps, and restaurant software
