About the role
Delart seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise compute and storage hardware programs from concept through production launch, coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and hardware validation efforts onsite in Menlo Park.
What you’ll do
Drive new product introduction for enterprise compute and storage hardware from concept through production launch
Lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams
Oversee hardware validation
Manage program risks and schedules

Drive programs through hardware validation toward mass production
What you’ll need
5+ years of technical program management experience in compute servers, data center hardware, or storage system development
Technical understanding of server hardware components including processors, memory, storage, power, and thermal management
Proven track record managing cross-functional hardware development teams through NPI, DVT, and EVT stages
Hands-on experience driving programs through hardware validation and toward mass production
Ability to operate independently and prioritize execution in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with supplier and manufacturing ramp-up processes, hyperscale architectures, and program tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence
