Partner with technical teams from a business and user perspective
8 years of progressive experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or technology-enabled transformation
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, or equivalent
Experience in business transformation, digital innovation, AI enablement, process improvement, or advanced analytics
Ability to translate complex business needs into solutions and measurable success criteria
Experience leading cross-functional initiative teams and influencing without direct authority
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
