About the role

What you’ll do
Shape AI, analytics, data, and digital solutions for insurance use cases
Translate business needs into solution capabilities
Guide delivery with technical teams and stakeholders
Work with multidisciplinary teams spanning domain, product, UX, data science, architecture, and engineering
What you’ll need
15+ years overall experience with insurance or financial services
Deep understanding of an insurance domain such as underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution, policy administration, or portfolio management
Experience owning or shaping AI, analytics, data, or digital products
Working knowledge of GenAI and modern AI solution patterns
Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience taking AI use cases beyond PoC into business validation or production adoption
