About the role
Key Risk is hiring a PEO Risk Management Specialist to deliver occupational risk assessment, safety consulting, and training for PEO clients, supporting underwriting and helping mitigate workers' compensation risks.
What you’ll do
Provide occupational risk assessment and safety consulting
Deliver risk management services for the PEO program
Advise clients on workplace and workers' compensation risks
Support underwriting and account service
Deliver training and coaching
Analyze performance data to identify risk trends
What you’ll need
BA/BS degree
Experience in workers' compensation, loss control, risk management, occupational safety, insurance, or PEO operations
Strong understanding of workers' compensation principles and cost drivers
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
Ability to analyze loss data, manage multiple priorities, and work independently
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
