About the role

What you’ll do
Build and strengthen relationships with physicians and practice administrators
Prospect and convert new medical practices into referral partners
Manage and grow existing accounts to increase referral volume
Execute strategic territory plans to meet growth targets
Lead in-office visits, presentations, and community outreach
Maintain accurate account activity in CRM (HubSpot)
What you’ll need
3-6 years in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent field sales, physician liaison, or business development
Proven ability to meet or exceed referral or sales growth targets
Experience influencing clinicians, administrators, or healthcare stakeholders
CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field
Ability to travel ~75% and conversational fluency in Spanish and English
