About the role

What you’ll do
Perform business analysis and evaluate IT solutions
Support solution architecture and implementation for client needs
Support strategic technology decisions for scalable and reliable solutions
Partner with Product Owners on backlog health, prioritization, and delivery alignment
Identify and translate business opportunities into product features and user stories
Leverage AI/ML and automation solutions for product capabilities
What you’ll need
Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train in SAFe
Experience in Retail Merchandising domain including buying, planning, inventory management, allocation, and replenishment
Experience within a retail IT environment
Experience mentoring or partnering with Product Owners on backlog health, prioritization, and delivery alignment
Strong knowledge of business analysis, product management, roadmap planning, and value-driven prioritization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or progressive experience in lieu of education
