About the role
Senior Designer leading user-centered website design projects for Rejuvenation at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product discovery, confidence, and conversion. The role spans concept through launch, including landing pages, UX improvements, and design systems.
What you’ll do
Lead user-centered site design projects from concept through launch
Partner with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology teams
Design landing pages, merchandising content, promotional campaigns, and UX improvements
Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and templates
Provide constructive design feedback and mentor other designers
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need
4+ years of professional digital design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating site creative, UX thinking, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, information hierarchy, and usability principles
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred: ecommerce/retail/DTC experience, working knowledge of HTML, prior people management experience
