About the role
C² Technologies seeks a Learning Platform Developer to design, integrate, and optimize cloud-based learning, HR, and talent systems for federal clients. The role spans the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration to deployment and ongoing improvement.
What you’ll do
Design, implement, integrate, and optimize cloud-based learning, HR, and talent systems
Support delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing improvement
Conduct requirements gathering and business process analysis
Configure, test, deploy, and migrate data in enterprise systems
Develop workflows, automations, and integrations using low-code/no-code and SaaS platforms
Support digital transformation and enterprise technology adoption initiatives
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree
At least three years of experience implementing enterprise LMS, HRIS, or talent management systems in cloud environments
Experience with system implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, data migration, and user training
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Cornerstone OnDemand, or Salesforce
Experience in Agile environments and delivering professional services to the federal government
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
