About the role
OPSWAT seeks a Director of Product Management to own the ICAP product strategy and growth, leading enterprise security products and collaborating with global teams including Vietnam.
What you’ll do
Own ICAP product strategy and growth trajectory
Translate market signals into product direction
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams
Support bookings, pipeline, and customer conversations
Operate in a global, distributed environment
Prioritize ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
What you’ll need
Proven experience leading enterprise or security products at scale
Strong understanding of proxy technologies, ICAP, networking, or adjacent security domains
Track record of partnering with Engineering to deliver complex products
Commercial acumen and experience supporting bookings, pipeline, and customer conversations
Comfort operating in a global, distributed environment including Vietnam collaboration
