About the role
Empowered is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design of its audit and risk management platform, conducting user research and creating intuitive workflows for regulated industries, while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end design of the audit and risk management platform
Conduct user research
Shape clear workflows and interfaces
Influence product direction
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
What you’ll need
4+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS
Portfolio showing UX and UI work on shipped products
Experience designing complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, auto layout, and interactive prototyping
Hands-on experience planning and running user research and usability testing
Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design
