What you’ll do
Develop, implement, and oversee risk and compliance programmes
Provide strategic direction and regulatory oversight

Direct change initiatives in business practice and technology
What you’ll need
10+ years of financial services risk and compliance experience at a senior level
University degree and/or senior risk and compliance qualifications
Experience holding regulated roles
Experience leading and participating in regulatory on-site examinations
Line management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills
