What you’ll do

• Build and deliver Salesforce solutions for government clients
• Develop Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Implement integrations with REST/JSON APIs and OAuth 2.0
• Perform testing and support release management
• Collaborate in Agile delivery using Jira or comparable tools
• Produce technical documentation and explain decisions to non-technical stakeholders

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree; minimum five years of hands-on Salesforce development including at least two full implementations delivered to production
• Apex proficiency including trigger frameworks, asynchronous processing, SOQL/SOSL optimization, bulkification, exception handling, and governor limit management
• Lightning Web Component development with modern JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+, promises, async/await, DOM)
• Working command of Salesforce data and security model, declarative Flow automation, and integrations with REST/JSON APIs, OAuth 2.0, JWT bearer flows, and Named Credentials
• Source-driven development with Salesforce DX, Git, pull-request reviews, and a CI/CD toolchain; Agile delivery using Jira or comparable tool
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or ability to obtain within 90 days; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal security clearance
