About the role
SCN BestCo is hiring a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer to design, implement, support, and optimize Microsoft-based business solutions and integrations. The role partners with business and operations teams to improve processes, data access, and operational efficiency using platforms like SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics CRM.
What you’ll do
Design and implement Microsoft-based business solutions and integrations
Support and optimize enterprise applications and workflows
Partner with business and operations teams to improve processes and data access
Manage projects through requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support
Create technical documentation and training materials
Mentor users and junior team members on platform standards
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years supporting enterprise business applications and Microsoft technologies
Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics CRM
Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and low-code development
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or operations environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
