About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead customer-facing technical and cross-functional projects from planning through delivery and closeout
• Coordinate customers and internal teams across Engineering, Operations, Field Operations, Sales, and Logistics
• Manage project delivery and stakeholder communications
• Organize demonstrations, training, and events
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and risk requirements
• Communicate professionally with customers and external stakeholders

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, functional teams, or workstreams
• Strong project-management fundamentals including scope, schedule, risk, dependency, stakeholder, and issue management
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in aerospace, UAS, robotics, engineering, or another technical environment; PMP certification or progress
• Experience using ClickUp or comparable project-management platform
