About the role
Provides day-to-day technical support for core systems and devices, manages Microsoft 365 user accounts, and troubleshoots hardware, software, mobile, and network issues. Also delivers technology and AI training to employees in person and virtually.
What you’ll do
Provide day-to-day technical support for core systems and devices

Maintain strong ticket and task-tracking habits
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop/laptop hardware and software
Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS) in a business environment
Comfortable presenting to and training groups of employees in person and virtually
