About the role
Riot Platforms is looking for an IT Support Technician II to resolve advanced technical incidents, provide break/fix and administrative support, and assist executive and VIP users. The role also contributes to IT deployments, supports operational projects, and mentors Level 1 technicians.

What you’ll need
Associate's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of IT support, endpoint, field, or service desk experience
Experience resolving intermediate to advanced end-user technical issues
Experience with administrative tasks in support-related platforms
Working knowledge of endpoint support, Microsoft 365, device provisioning, user access, mobile devices, conferencing, and hardware lifecycle
Strong troubleshooting, customer-service, communication, organization, and documentation skills
