About the role
Deltek is hiring a Customer Success Intern to support project-based business software customers by assisting teams with customer programs, relationship building, onboarding tracking, and overall experience improvements. The fully remote internship lasts 8-10 weeks and suits proactive, customer-focused undergraduates.

Support Computer Ease Payroll Tax, Engagement, and Onboarding teams

Current undergraduate at a 4-year university/college
Degree focus in Business, Sales, or Communications preferred
Ability to work remotely for 8-10 weeks, 32-40 hours per week
Strong customer service and relationship development skills
Proficiency with MS Office and internet research
GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
