About the role
Citi seeks an intermediate Apps Support Analyst to provide production support for its Wealth Data & Analytics platform, ensuring stability, security, and data integrity for global wealth management services. What you’ll do
Provide application production support for the Wealth Data & Analytics platform
Resolve user issues and help maintain platform stability, security, and data integrity
Support releases and disaster recovery testing
Participate in process improvements and standardization of procedures
Evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of information
Communicate with stakeholders and share information across support and technology teams
What you’ll need
2-5 years of application production support experience in the financial industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience supporting applications built on Hadoop
Working knowledge of Cloudera components such as HDFS, Hive, Impala, Spark, YARN, Sentry, Oozie, and Kafka
Good SQL experience in any RDBMS and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office
Experience with ticketing software, schedulers, monitoring tools, and UNIX/Python/Perl scripting
