5+ years of experience in business analytics, insights generation, forecasting, or related field
2+ years of people leadership experience
Hands-on experience with Tableau and database/data integration tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Integration Services, and Snowflake
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen
Ability to communicate technical concepts to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
