About the role

What you’ll do

• Design commercially viable, delivery-ready solutions for HR payroll BPaaS and BPO sales pursuits
• Translate client requirements into staffing, delivery-location, productivity, and pricing models
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, pricing, commercial, and global delivery teams
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel staffing calculators, pricing inputs, and scenario analyses
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and executive-level solution narratives
• Support client workshops, oral proposal presentations, and executive-level pursuit discussions

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in payroll outsourcing, BPO, shared services, or managed services
• 4+ years in solution architecture, pricing, workforce planning, capacity planning, delivery operations, or managed services design
• Experience applying Avasant, ISG, or Everest benchmarking data to business cases
• Experience with HR technology platforms, workflow tools, automation, AI, or agentic AI solutions
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
