About the role
MongoDB is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead IT audit and governance, owning SOX ITGC and ITAC compliance, control execution, and audit readiness across cloud and SaaS environments, coordinating with internal and external auditors.
What you’ll do
Lead SOX ITGC and ITAC compliance efforts
Execute and remediate IT controls
Ensure audit readiness across applications, infrastructure, and systems
Coordinate with IT leaders, Internal Audit, Finance, and external auditors
Manage audit programs end-to-end and drive accountability across teams
8-12+ years in IT audit, SOX compliance, IT governance, or technology risk
Deep hands-on experience with SOX 404 ITGCs and ITACs in a public company
Working knowledge of COSO, COBIT, and PCAOB AS 2201
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA, or equivalent certification
Experience in high-growth, SaaS, or technology company environments
