What you’ll do
Lead and develop the Technical Product Management team for the enterprise ServiceNow platform
Set platform functional direction and integrate product roadmaps
Govern demand and cross-product decisions
Drive product delivery, adoption, and value realization
Partner with Architecture, Engineering, UX, Data, Security, and business process leaders
Manage dependencies across ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and other enterprise platforms
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Product Management, or equivalent experience
12 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, platform management, technical product management, or digital transformation
Significant experience working with ServiceNow as an enterprise workflow platform
Experience leading product managers, product owners, or senior technology professionals
Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, workflow design, product lifecycle management, platform governance, and enterprise integrations
Experience managing product strategy and roadmaps across multiple products, business functions, or enterprise value streams
