What you’ll do

• Turn company priorities into clear plans, operating systems, and measurable results
• Lead cross-functional initiatives
• Improve planning and decision-making processes
• Apply AI and automation to scale workflows
• Build systems like processes, dashboards, planning cadences, and automations
• Close loops and keep a high bar for business outcomes

What you’ll need

• 5-10 years of experience including operating time at a fast-growing e-commerce, CPG, consumer health, food & beverage, or tech company
• Track record in growth, BizOps, strategy & ops, general management, or another highly cross-functional role
• Proven ability to build systems, not just inherit them
• Sharp analytical skills and ability to turn messy questions into practical recommendations
• Excellent writing and speaking skills
• Practical AI fluency, high learning velocity, and owner's mindset
