About the role
Contract Candidate Services Recruiter supporting a university talent acquisition team, managing candidate and hiring-manager inquiries and pre-start tasks from offer acceptance through Day 1 while resolving routine cases and escalating complex issues.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination
Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR operations, or similar support functions
Ability to manage high-volume queues and maintain timely responses in line with service level agreements
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, recruitment support, or scheduling coordination
Ability to distinguish routine inquiries from complex escalations and work in structured, process-driven environments
