What you’ll need
Experience shipping software with LLMs, ML models, RAG, or agentic workflows
Experience with agent runtime, orchestration, model routing, or tool calling
Strong understanding of RAG, grounding, retrieval quality, prompt design, and evaluation
Experience building evaluation harnesses and quality gates
Treat cost, latency, reliability, safety as first-class constraints
Experience with Claude, GPT, Azure OpenAI, and open-source models
