What you’ll do
Build and manage U.S. and international benefits programs
Develop benefits processes, programs, and playbooks
Manage broker and vendor relationships
Run open enrollment
Ensure compliance with U.S. benefits regulations
Support employees with benefits inquiries
What you’ll need
7+ years managing employee benefits programs
Experience administering benefits across multiple countries
Experience at both large and growth-stage companies
Knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and international requirements
Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
Experience with self-funded plans and employer-of-record models
