What you’ll do
Process scheduled and off-cycle payrolls
Manage client payroll data and assigned book of business
Respond to client inquiries
Ensure payroll tasks are completed per schedules and compliance requirements
Troubleshoot payroll issues and determine appropriate solutions
Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve payroll-related issues
What you’ll need
Minimum one year of customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least one year of payroll experience preferred
