About the role

What you’ll do
Identify, prototype, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions for clinical research operations
Partner with end users, engineering, data science, security, and operational teams
Translate business problems into scalable solutions
Navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes with limited direction
Engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Work with messy, real-world data
What you’ll need
4+ years of experience building and shipping software products, AI applications, or technical solutions
Hands-on experience with large language models, including prompt engineering, agent design, RAG, evaluation, and workflow automation
Strong technical fluency with modern AI development workflows and tooling
Experience collaborating directly with end users to understand business problems
Familiarity with Python and the ability to work effectively with technical teams
Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or another regulated domain (HIPAA, GxP)
