About the role

What you’ll do

• Guide enterprise customers in adopting OVHcloud cloud infrastructure and services
• Align customer goals with OVHcloud solutions
• Manage delivery and escalations
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and adoption
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders
• Assess risk and execute action plans to maintain alignment with customer goals and business priorities

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience with executive stakeholders and technical implementations or transformation programs
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, product release management, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting
• Experience migrating applications or workloads to public and private cloud providers
• Proven technical background in data center infrastructure, virtualization, networking, cloud-native development, hosted services, storage, system administration, or technical architecture
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including ability to interact with CxO-level personnel
