What you’ll do

Coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve the platform
Use data and experimentation to drive product decisions
Gather requirements and implement technical solutions with developers
Perform use case testing for customer-facing products
What you’ll need
At least 2-3 years of work experience, including 1+ year in a Product Management or Business Analyst role
End-to-end product experience from requirements gathering through implementation and testing
Experience with customer-facing front-end products and strong understanding of UX principles and design collaboration
Comfort dealing with technical complexity including APIs, data models, and front-end interfaces
High adaptability and quick problem-solving in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with data and analytics tools such as Snowflake, Heap, and ContentSquare
