What you’ll do

• Lead complex analytics, reporting, and decision-support initiatives
• Analyze pharmacy performance, 340B optimization, drug access, supply chain, and financial opportunities
• Develop reporting across the specialty pharmacy platform
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for executives and nontechnical audiences
• Manage multiple high-priority initiatives with limited direction

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of progressive healthcare or pharmacy analytics experience
• Strong understanding of health-system pharmacy operations, including Epic-derived data, 340B analytics, dispensing, purchasing, and financial performance
• Advanced SQL and strong Excel, Power BI, or Tableau skills
• Proven ability to independently lead complex analytical projects from requirements to recommendations
• Experience analyzing financial and operational performance including revenue, cost, margin, utilization, and savings
• Ability to communicate complex analyses to executive and nontechnical audiences
