About the role

What you’ll do
Own the roadmap, priorities, requirements, and outcomes for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to guide work from discovery through release, adoption, and measurement
Use AI-enabled workflows to support agile delivery
Build healthcare compliance requirements into solutions
Drive decisions using metrics, reports, and dashboards
What you’ll need
3+ years as a Product Owner in an agile environment with direct backlog ownership
Track record of taking digital products from concept to launch and articulating resulting changes
Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, record types, permission sets, flows, and reporting
Ability to write clear, independently verifiable requirements and use data and metrics to drive decisions
Practical experience with generative AI tools for documentation, analysis, and agile workflows
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent practical experience, plus strong communication and negotiation skills
