About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA or Master's preferred
8+ years in product management, engineering, marketing, commercial strategy, or related business leadership
Experience managing complex product portfolios and influencing cross-functional execution
Strong financial acumen including P&L management, pricing strategy, margin improvement, and financial analysis
Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed global environment with exceptional stakeholder management
Fluent English; energy, utility, or electrification industry experience preferred
