What you’ll need
Experience designing for data-heavy, workflow-driven, or B2B/enterprise software
Portfolio demonstrating strong UI craft and UX thinking for dashboards, tables, or analytical interfaces
Comfort working directly with non-design stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements
Ability to manage design work across multiple products or workstreams at once
Strong prototyping skills (Figma or equivalent) and familiarity with design systems
Clear communication and product-driven skills to explain design decisions to varied audiences
