5+ years of progressive EHS experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or similar high-risk environments
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational safety standards
Experience with incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions
Professional safety certification (CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or equivalent)
Knowledge of NFPA 70E, electrical safety, and environmental compliance
