Broadridge is seeking a Senior Director, Product Specialist to drive growth and innovation in asset management regulatory communications, serving as a DocuBuilder subject matter expert and aligning product strategy with client needs.
What you’ll do
Serve as subject matter expert for DocuBuilder
Ensure alignment with product vision
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance client onboarding and service delivery
Support product strategy, roadmap execution, and enhancements
Participate in presales activities including demos and client presentations
Gather and synthesize client feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or related field
8+ years of experience in product management, product specialization, client implementations, or regulatory communications
Experience with asset management, fund administration, or regulatory communications solutions
Strong knowledge of regulatory communications processes and document workflows
Proven ability to support product strategy and roadmap execution
Ability to travel as needed
