About the role
Aon is seeking a Director to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Aon.com and its digital platform ecosystem, leading a global technology team to deliver secure, scalable, and modern web experiences.
What you’ll do
Own strategy, roadmap, delivery, and operational excellence for Aon.com and supporting web technologies
Lead the digital platform ecosystem and global technology team
Partner across business and technology functions to deliver secure, scalable digital experiences
Develop technology roadmaps, architecture strategies, and modernization programs
Manage budgets, portfolios, vendors, and technology investments
Drive alignment and influence senior collaborators across the organization
What you’ll need
10+ years leading enterprise web platforms or customer-facing applications
Solid experience with Sitecore and related digital experience technologies
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and product operating models
Track record leading distributed teams through digital transformation
Knowledge of web integration patterns across CRM, marketing, analytics, and identity systems
Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
