7+ years as Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
Deep expertise in USA Payments domain and regulatory compliance
Hands-on experience with TSYS card acquiring platforms
Technical background in SQL, API, and system integrations
Experience with AI tools across SDLC and BA/SA workflows
Ability to overlap at least 6 hours with North American business hours
